Our upstairs neighbors recently moved out, and since that time our recycling is NOT BEING PICKED UP. It's VERY irritating to come home and see that every other house has had successful removal of their recycling while ours bin stands FULL. On more than one occasion this has happened. Can someone please confirm that we are still on the route to have recycling picked up?! I as I have NOT CHANGED OUR SERVICE since we moved in. I would really appreciated a timely response to this complaint. I do apologize for the capital letters but I really just don't understand why, when I've never changed our service, when we put our blue can out it doesn't get recycled. Thanks so much for your time.
